Information We’ll Need:

  • About Your Business: Industry, company size, and number of staff.
  • Current Staffing: Do you currently outsource or have external staffing arrangements in place?
  • Staff Requirements: The types of staff you need, such as IT professionals, programmers, accountants, or administrators.
  • Workforce Planning: How many staff are required now, and what your future staffing needs might be.
  • Job Descriptions: We can initiate the recruitment process based on specific job descriptions for the roles you wish to outsource. If we do not have the necessary staff immediately available, we can search our database to quickly find suitable candidates.
